岗位职责： 内容生态：通过内容标注、数据分析，监控社区内生态变化趋势，调整生态扶持规则，提升社区氛围 内容治理：通过用户反馈数据分析等方式，发现社区内容生态问题，参与完善审核推荐规则， 把控内容质量，维护社区秩序 活动运营：通过竞品调研、用户调研，策划创意话题、运营官方账号，引导用户发布优质内容 策略运营：通过内容样本特征分析，参与内容理解识别训练 岗位要求： 对AI训练有相关了解，对AI模型有深度使用经验 本科以上学历，可快速到岗，每周实习至少4天以上，实习至少4个月以上 具备数据分析能力，能从数据中洞察问题，善于数据驱动策略优化 熟悉各大社交产品社区氛围及特点者优先 踏实努力，有责任心
职位薪资：
150-200/天
