【岗位描述】
参与企业IPO项目；
【具体职责】
招股说明书相关章节撰写、案例收集分析及总结、会议纪要及备忘录撰写、尽调走访安排、底稿整理、数据及法规查询等；
【背景要求】
可实习4个月以上，每周保证4天以上到岗实习；
重点院校在读本科或硕士研究生，且专业为金融、财务、法学类；
有投行、会计师事务所经验者优先；
具备良好的职业道德和专业素质，无违法违规记录。
职位薪资：
50-100/天
