该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 负责医学、CRA、商务等临床相关岗位招聘，发布和更新公司招聘信息；执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作；定期进行招聘工作汇报并提交相关分析报表；完成上级交办的其他工作 任职要求： (1) 本科及以上学历，专业不限 (2) 具备基本的招聘技巧及熟悉通常的招聘渠道 (3) 2年以上人力资源相关工作经验，有医药行业、CRO公司的招聘/猎头经验优先，熟悉医学和CRA岗位优先 (4) 能熟练的使用办公软件，有丰富数据图表制作和校招经验优先 (5) 有较强的沟通、表达与协调能力，有责任感，细心，能承受招聘压力 (6) 具备高度的责任感和专业精神，有良好的职业操守 (7) 有CRA岗位招聘经验
