该职位来源于猎聘 1. 5-8年市场研究背景或数据分析经验, 专注于零售，消费品的咨询背景优先或者全渠道研究经历优先，有生鲜品类(烘焙/冷热熟食/蔬果等) 研究/品类经验优先.
- 对数据敏感且具备较强数据处理能力和总结归纳能力, 熟悉使用各类统计分析工具和方法, 例如SAS, SPSS, Python等. 数学/统计/计算机等专业优先；QS 前100或985/211优先.
- 对于消费品市场的独立思考能力，完整的闭环分析思路/框架, 曾独立完成定性或定量研究项目，熟练掌握市场研究方法论.
- 具有相对成熟的汇报和Presentation经验，可以独立完成中高管理层的品类汇报能力.
- 对于品牌商/零售商基础运作流程及渠道通路/供应链有一定认知 (非必需, 加分项).
