该职位来源于猎聘 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，机电一体化/电气自动化或相关专业；能力优秀者可放宽要求， 2、半导体设备五年以上工作经验，接触过应材、Lam、Tel、ASM等主流设备； 3、掌握半导体镀膜设备的反应机理，了解常用OEM件的工作原理； 4、熟悉半导体fab常用附属设备：dry pump，scrubber，LDS，chiller等 5、了解PEALD，CVD镀膜反应原理，常见工艺问题troubleshooting知识； 6、了解机台可靠性测试，marathon 测试，能针对新的设计模块，设计可靠性验证方案； 7、沟通能力强，有很强的troubleshooting能力。 岗位职责： 1、负责调研机台开发技术路线，机台升级CIP方案设计，机台问题的解决； 2、机台的的可靠性测试和客户问题数据分析；
