该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述 According to MPS and prototype requirement, develop daily production plan; Tracking and coordinate shop floor to ensure schedule attainment. 根据主计划及项目部样件需求，制定生产计划；跟踪并协调车间现场确保生产计划达成率。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

• Responsible for MO/PT/AS daily production schedule shop floor; 负责注塑/喷涂/组装车间的日生产计划排产；
• Continuously optimize WIP inventory; 负责生产线半成品的库存优化管理；
• Release work order in MES system, and monitor real-time status on production line to meet on time delivery; 释放MES工单，并根据产线实时情况满足准时交付；
• Coordinate related function to ensure on time delivery; 负责外协加工产品计划，确保物料供应；
• Regular update monthly capacity planning; 定期更新评估月度产能计划；
• Coordinate project and production function to support prototype production plan; 协调项目和生产部支持项目样件生产排产；
• Follow up OEM production plan to ensure material availability and reasonable inventory level; 跟踪外协生产计划确保物料供货和库存合理水平；
• Finish other tasks assign by the superior. 完成领导交办的其他工作。 QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
• Bachelor degree or above; 本科以上学历；
• Have production planner working experience/knowledge in manufacturing industry; 具备生产计划经验/知识;
• Should familiar with OFFICE software and ERP system; 能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件和ERP系统；
• Good English skill. 较好英语技能。
