- 跟踪多发性骨髓瘤疾病指南、临床路径、ASCT 数量及预处理方案变化
- 定期输出竞品分析与市场洞察，明确产品定位与核心推广信息
- 编制年度市场活动及预算，制定活动目标并追踪达成 2. 销售赋能与协同
- 为销售团队提供产品知识培训、话术工具、异议处理支持
- 定期走访重点医院，与一线代表共同拜访，收集临床反馈并迭代策略 3. 市场准入与政策跟踪
- 跟踪国家医保目录（NRDL）、地方集采、医院准入政策变化，制定准入策略 二、 任职资格 背景和能力要求
- 本科及以上学历，临床医学、药学、生物、市场营销等专业优先
- 3 年以上医药市场经验，有多发性骨髓瘤，造血干细胞移植或血液肿瘤经验优先
- 有 NKOL 管理和学术会议策划经验
- 具备较强的市场洞察与数据分析能力
- 优秀的沟通表达与跨部门协调能力
