- 了解PLC编程，具备独立编写/评审结构化文本（ST）、功能块图（FBD）的能力 -了解PLC产品的国内外法规、标准和规范，如（IEC61131-2、ISO13849、IEC61508等）； -了解至少两个厂商的PLC产品，了解其特点、优势 -掌握主流协议：EtherCAT（PLC设备）、PROFINET 、EtherNet/IP等 -了解SIL2/SIL3安全机制原理，了解EMC干扰、振动防护、高温工况等； -具备较强的Word、Excel、PPT、Visio等软件工具应用技能及使用技巧； 2. 协同工作
- 了解ISO9000质量体系与管理流程，产品IPD流程； -有基础的财务运营知识； -具备一般的沟通能力和归纳、文字表达技能，良好的沟通协调能力。 3.优先条件
- 具备外语商务沟通能力；
