What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 对公司给予的区域内工程项目信息进行有效覆盖 2. 根据公司的销售策略，拜访客户，开发并维护所辖区域内工程类装饰公司以及大型地产项目，达到销售目标并收回款项 3. 对于覆盖跟进阶段的项目，进行甲方的品牌入围工作 4. 对于覆盖跟进阶段的项目，进行乙方的确认工作 5. 对于已完成乙方确认工作的项目，督促经销商跟进并直至出货 6. 遵循公司销售管理工具，进行内部与外部管理
任职要求： 1.
大专及以上学历，熟练使用办公软件 2.
至少三年以上建材相关经验，拥有当地工程类装饰公司、地产客户资源
3．具备良好的业务能力，熟悉区域市场环境，具有较好的商务谈判技巧 4.
具备较强的市场分析能力和沟通能力，结果导向，执行力强 5.
自备车辆
