该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、建立试模、试产、打样、生产标准工艺标准 2、现场生产难题的分析指导及解决 3、分析评估成型产品和模具缺陷，成型工艺参数修改 4、试模工艺条件与成本的评估,（量产性）（成型周期） 5、量产前试模模具跟进并参与分析改善方案 分析及总结试模工作问题点并形成报告 职位要求 1、大专以上学历，机械相关专业背景 2、3年以上注塑开发相关工作经验 3、熟悉注塑生产制程及精通注塑工艺的验证（制定量产工艺）、注塑制程规划（辅助生产工装） 具备模具结构、注塑工艺调试、注塑生产设备操作及维护、异常问题分析/处理能力
