该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责加盟招商/续签政策制定，促进品牌规模化发展； 2.负责商家准入/过程管理/门店变更/激励政策/退出机制全流程政策管理； 3.负责门店会员卡、供应链等运营类相关商务政策制定； 4.负责门店规则制定。 岗位要求： 1. 大学本科及以上学历，至少5年及以上零售连锁行业加盟管理经验； 2. 有经历招商-开业-运营-退出全生命周期经验优先，了解全生命周期中过程流程、商务政策、补贴发放、合同签署等 3. 有1，000家以上全国性连锁品牌管理及实践经验，商品零售行业优先； 4. 熟悉线下加盟业务模式经验，如模式设计、招商、续签、政策权益、门店筹建、运营等；
