样件工程师

工作职责:

主要职责 Main Responsibility

• Responsible for coil spring & stabilizer bar prototype detailed planning, including resource and timing plan, etc.

负责弹簧和稳定杆原型样品详细方案的策划工作，包含内外部试制资源和试制时间等；

• Lead purchasing order and in-coming material check coordination work;

主导采购订单发出工作，并协调原材料来料检测工作；

• Coordinate the raw material purchasing, the design and purchasing of tooling & gauge for the prototypes

协调原材料的采购，以及样件所需工装和检具的设计工作；

• Inspection of prototypes with regard to all inspection features (including DV), measuring, documentation and, where necessary, signing/marking the prototypes

根据需求向质量检测部门，对样品提出进行相应检测 (包括DV试验)，测量，数据归档，在必要的时候对样件进行标识和标记；

• Generating template of inspections reports, with support of design engineer;

在产品工程师支持下，编制样件检测报告的模板；

• Coordinate Maintenance work with relevant departments, carrying out minor repairs and arranging for major repairs

和相关部门安排样件生产设备需要的维护工作，涉及到样件生产设备的维修协调工作；

• Create WI and CP for Prototype production, with support of product engineer;

在产品工程师支持下，编制样件生产的作业指导书和控制计划；

• Responsible for transfer proto sample parameters to plant.

负责整理和传递原型样品参数文件给工厂；

• Regular inventor of prototype warehouse and raw material stock

定期对样件仓库和原材料仓库进行盘点；

• Lead package and shipping-out coordination work;

主导原型样品包装和发货工作；

11）Comply with the company's OSH policies, compliance policies, etc

遵守公司合规政策及安全政策。

12）Finish other tasks from T&I manager.

完成领导交代的其他任务；

任职条件:

任职要求Qualification：

1） Bachelor degree with mechanical major (or relevant major) is advantage.

本科学历，机械类相关专业优先；

• 5 years or more in the manufacturing industry with prototype manufacturing experience

5年或以上生产制造行业样件生产制造经验；

• Familiar with the manufacturing process, has been working in machine or automotive business will be advantage.

熟悉产品制造工艺并具备的基础知识，并在机械制造或汽车零配件行业工作经验优先；

• Can read English drawing, product description, and technical specification, good English capability in written and oral will be advantage.

能够阅读并理解英文产品图纸及相关技术规范，具备较好英文听说读写能力优先；
