What they need
- 品質系統管理：
- 建立、維護及優化品質管理系統 (QMS)，如 ISO 9001、ISO14000。
- 規劃品質相關表單、文件及標準作業程序 (SOP)。
- 負責品質目標的訂定、追蹤與達成狀況分析。
- 品質控制與檢驗：
- 監督進料檢驗 (IQC)、製程檢驗 (IPQC)、出貨檢驗 (OQC)。
- 確保產品符合設計與規格要求，並對不合格品進行管控。
- 品質改善與問題解決：
- 主導品質問題的根本原因分析 (RCA)。
- 制定並追蹤矯正與預防措施 (CAPA)。
- 處理客戶客訴案件，協調內部改善，降低客訴率。
- 稽核與認證：
- 規劃執行內部品質稽核與管理審查。
- 負責外部認證稽核 (如客戶稽核、第三方認證) 的對應與管理。
- 供應商品質管理：
- 進行供應商的評鑑、稽核與輔導。
- 管理零組件與原物料的品質。
- 團隊與協作：
- 管理品質部門人員，分配職掌，進行教育訓練。
- 跨部門溝通協調，與研發、生產等部門合作確保品質。
- 其他職責：
- 實驗室儀器校正與管理。
- 協助產品設計開發 (DQC) 階段的品質審查。
- 向上級和客戶報告品質狀況。
- 主管交辦事項。
