职责（简述）
- 协同销售、投资、产品、法务合规及运营等部门，为客户提供优质服务
- 管理客户开户全流程，协调KYC/AML审查
- 处理客户问询，维护客户数据库并确保信息及时更新
- 确保客户报告、尾随费支付准确及时，并监控订单执行
- 协调RFP/DDQ回复，制作月度IBD管理报告
- 带领2名初级员工提升客户体验，并牵头内部项目工作流
任职要求（简述）
- 本科及以上学历
- 10年以上工作经验，其中至少5年资管公司客户服务岗经验
- 中英文（口语及书写）良好
- 团队协作、沟通能力强，成熟独立，具备创业精神，能承受压力
