What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 掌握自动化生产设备部件的工作原理和维护要求，保证所负责设备正常运转，
- 与工艺工程师配合降低生产成本，提高设备生产效率，保障产品质量，
- 负责核对新设备的厂务需求，设备安装以及调试工作，
- 负责管辖区域的设备安全，信息安全。
岗位要求：
- 教育程度：全日制大学本科及以上
- 专业知识及技能：电子技术，机械及自动化
- 熟悉12英寸半导体设备的操作、日常维护和故障解决，了解设备参数和工艺的相关性，掌握FDC、ESPC分析等技能
- 外语要求：英语良好
- 相关职位经历：2年以上， 有12寸成膜设备装机经验者优先
- 其他技能：协调和沟通能力，并能承受一定工作压力
- 其他要求：工作积极、态度端正，愿意在无锡工厂长期发展.
