该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、能够独立分析机械图纸、工艺卡片，理解技术要求（尺寸公差、形位公差、表面粗糙度等）； 2、会使用数控系统； 3、合理制定加工工艺，包括选择工装夹具、刀具、确定切削参数（转速、进给量、切削深度等）； 4、独立装夹工件、对刀、设置刀补及工件坐标系； 5、负责生产过程中的批量加工，监控机床运行状态，保证生产效率和产品质量； 6、能够识别并分析加工中心出现的常见问题（如尺寸超差、表面粗糙度不达标、振刀等），并及时调整 岗位要求： 能够试用软件进行自动编程或会手动编程
