该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责芳纶纸和芳纶纸蜂窝的新材料、新工艺研发，现有工艺的优化改进，编制相关工艺文件、标准操作规范及完善； 2、负责分析并解决产线中发生的不良，提升产品良率； 3、负责完成设备与材料评估，参与设备的安装调试与验收； 4、负责产线故障处理，异常对应，生产计划实施； 5、负责对操作员进行设备运行操作培训和安全操作培训。 岗位要求： 1.硕士学历，高分子材料、化学工程与工艺、有机化学、造纸等相关专业； 2.有芳纶纸、电磁功能、特种纸基材料相关项目经验； 3.后期base湖南株洲
