• 自制件全球市场采购预测、采购计划及交付管理； In-house parts global purchase forecast, order and deliver management.
• 新车型配附件交付 Service parts and accessory delivery for new project. 任务描述Task description 主要任务Main tasks
• 根据配件需求预测模型合理备库，确保经销商端配件的满足率和及时率； Keep reasonable inventory as per parts volume prediction model and ensure the dealer spare parts supply fill rate and timeliness rate.
• 跟进市场端出现的B/O，并协调供应商及时满足； Following the B/O and ensure them to be supplied in time by supplier.
• 对备件进行分类，根据分类采取不同的库存策略，制定库存周转优化方案； Classify the spare parts ,take different inventory strategy as per its classification, make opmization plan for inventory turnover.
• 制定年度，半年度，季度以及月度计划并跟进基地生产； Make and follow annual,semi-annual,quarterly and monthly procurement plan with manufacture base. 任职要求/Qualification 教育背景/Education 1. 全日制本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above. 工作经验/Professional Experience 1. 4年及以上汽车售后备件相关经验； 2以上团队管理经验. 4 years or above experience of auto after-sales spare parts，2 years or above experience of team management. 2. 有汽车生产基地计划相关经验优先； Experience in planning in auto manufacturing factory holds advantage. 技能特长 Specific Expertise 1. 熟悉汽车生产基地自制件生产流程 Proficient automobile manufacturing in-house parts supply process. 关键能力/潜力Key Competencies / Soft Skills 1. 熟练的英语听说读写能力； Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. 沟通协调及团队管理能力； Communication , coordination and team management ability. 3. 熟练的office软件使用能力尤其是Excel及PPT编写能力 Familiar with office software especially PPT editing and Excel skills.
• 定期对生产基地在供货及时率，满足率，供货质量方面进行评价； Evaluate the manufacturing base in fill rate, timelines rate, and quality of parts supply regularly.
• 与相关单位协作确保新车上市备件供应到位，以及车型EOP保供； Cooperate with related department and ensure parts supply of new models，and EOP relevant items.
• 配合完成市场质量活动中配件供应相关工作； Cooperate with related department for the case of marketing quality items.
• 上级领导安排的其他工作； Other work assigned by superior leadership.
