岗位职责： 1.协助日常入、转、调、离材料对接与收集工作; 2.协助招聘计划实施，通过各渠道筛选及整理简历，做好招聘相关记录; 3.负责电话邀约面试、协调面试安排等相关工作; 4.完成上级交办的其它工作。 任职资格： 1.本科或研究生在读，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先; 2.热爱金融行业，具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守; 3.具有较强的服务意识和沟通协调能力，具有责任心和抗压性，工作细致; 4.每周至少保证3天以上到岗实习，至少实习3个月，长期实习者优先。
职位薪资：
50-80/天
