该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责证券市场行情监测与趋势分析
- 进行投资相关数据的收集、整理与深度分析 3. 编制专业投资分析报告并定期汇报 4.策划投资项目的方案、设计交易结构，拟订项目实施计划和投资方案，并参与实施过程中的洽谈和谈判、项目评审、投资决策等工作； 5.拟制投资项目配套文件，独立撰写投资调研报告、可行性研究报告、项目评价（估值）报告、相关法律框架协议等文本资料或文件； 职位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，对相关产业熟悉； 2.有1年以上私募股权投资或券商投行从业经验，具有兴业证券相关从业经验者优先； 3.有一定的风险分析能力，并具备一定的风险防控意识； 4.学习能力强，洞察、决策和分析能力强，有出色的逻辑思维及推导能力；
