Run rate，减少机器故障，提升SMT FPY，减少报废 4、研究新技术新制程导入，促进新客户导入 5、负责生产车间的日常运营管理，确保生产任务按时保质完成； 要求： 1、统招本科学历及以上 2、英文可以沟通，熟练尤佳 3、制程/生产经验丰富，至少有5年SMT行业经验 4、有项目管理经验尤佳 5、具备部门级管理经验
