该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述 1、负责招聘工作：电话邀约，协调候选人与面试官时间、并安排面试，进行招聘数据统计； 2. 参与招聘渠道的日常维护与优化，协助团队完成其他相关工作，完成团队交办的其他辅助性工作。 2、协助文化活动策划以及会议支持。 职位要求 1、在校本科生及以上，专业不限； 2、有招聘经验（招聘过AI、算法等职位优先）； 3、性格开朗外向，积极主动、耐心踏实、具备良好的沟通能力； 4、每周可到岗2-3天，周四周五能到岗。 在这段实习中保证你能学到很多专业知识（不只是HR行政，还有关于AI For Science行业内的）
