该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.新设备、新工艺、新产线的质量确认； 2.过程质量的管控； 3.主导产线质量问题&客诉问题的分析、解决； 4.产线变更的管控； 5.不合格品的管理； 6.防错防呆的建立与运行。 任职要求： 1.年龄25-40周岁，化学化工或自动化等工科专业，本科及以上； 2.熟悉IATF16949标准，掌握MSA、8D、FMEA、CP、SPC等基本技能； 3.掌握VDA6.3过程审核知识，6Sigma绿带及以上者优先； 4.掌握APQP的相关知识，熟悉汽车行业新产品开发流程； 5.具有3年以上锂电池从业经验者优先。
