主要職責：
- 負責教授學生創業基礎知識 (如商業模式、產品定價、成本控制及市場推廣策略等)
- 帶領學生由零開始規劃並構思個人 / 團體小生意項目
- 帶領學生進行實務操作，備戰並參與「趁墟做老闆」活動 (包括攤位設計、備貨及現場銷售技巧)
- 按學生進度與興趣指導商業計劃書 (Business Plan) 及「趁墟三分鐘」商業推廣 (Business Pitch)
導師要求：
- 具初創小店、個人品牌或創業實戰經驗者優先 (歡迎 Startup 老闆 / 獨立品牌創辦人)
- 具教學、帶領工作坊或帶領中學生團體經驗者優先
- 具備熱誠、耐性及良好溝通能力，能激發學生創業興趣及商業思維
- 應徵者於面試時請簡略分享個人創業項目或商業實操案例
