職位編號：OPRS/ASWO
- 持有香港認可社會工作學士學位或以上學歷，須為註冊社工
- 最少 2 年或以上兒童及家庭服務或學前復康服務工作經驗
- 負責「到校學前康復服務」之家長支援服務、特殊教育需要學童之個性及親子小組訓練、協助發展創新性項目及社區教育、幼稚園老師支援工作及支援中心主任行政工作
- 對工作有熱誠、靈活及獨立、擁有領導能力及善於與不同持份者合作
- 每週五天工作，每週工作 44 小時，均需隔週六工作
- 於西九龍區工作
以上全職 / 非全職職位員工享有有薪年假、婚假、恩恤假、分娩假、侍產假、生日假、家庭友善假、進修津貼、醫療津貼、牙科福利及僱主強積金自願性供款等。
上述職位以合約制聘請。
