具有了解产品开发的基本技术要求，5年以上化妆品模具设计相关工作经验;从事粉盒行业优先；
熟悉AutoCAD、UG或PRO/E等辅助绘图软件，熟悉办公及模流分析软件；
具有一定的机械基础知识，如金属材料和热处理，机械加工，尺寸公差和测量等，熟悉各工种的生产工艺要求；懂注塑机械手设计制作；
具备良好的计划与执行能力；
有一定的文字功底；
具有较强的判断力，组织、沟通、分工协调能力，较好的敬业精神与责任性、团队协作精神；
