工作內容：
- 負責日常維修與保養工作
- 按既定工序執行巡檢任務，記錄設備運作狀況
- 配合主管安排，參與緊急維修及處理突發事故，確保大廈設施持續穩定運作
- 協助整理工具、物料及技術文件，保持工作區域整潔有序，符合安全操作規範
- 與管理處、承辦商及其他技工協作，支援大型保養計劃或小型改善工程之現場執行工作
資歷：
1.沒有學歷要求
2. 一年經驗
3.持有平安咭;
4.持電工A牌優先
