業務管理-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family)
Job Description 規劃並執行財富管理客群經營與行銷策略，提升客戶價值與黏著度
- 策劃與推動理財產品跨售及相關客戶經營活動，提升業務成效
- 負責跨金控集團專案的規劃與落實，確保策略執行順暢
- 撰寫行銷廣宣設計文案，打造具吸引力的品牌與產品形象
- 管理重大專案，負責時程規劃與進度掌控，確保如期達成目標
需求條件
- 大學以上相關科系畢業
- 具備5年以上行銷規劃、專案管理相關經驗
- 具獨立提案與行銷專案執行能力，擅長跨部門溝通與資源整合，能有效掌控時程
- 具高度企圖心，善於團隊合作，並具備主動溝通與協調能力
- 具客群行銷相關經驗者尤佳
