评估分析各媒介渠道效果，确保并提高媒介投放效益，不断优化媒介策略和媒介组合，发掘创新媒介及合作形式 3.
能熟练整理分析媒体投放数据，熟悉掌握各媒体投放情况，加强对媒体投放效果的研究分析能力; 4.
研究媒体趋势和环境，分析竞争品牌或可借鉴行业品牌的媒介策略及手段 5.
跨部门沟通，整合既有资源，优化媒介投放效果及资源
最好具备工作流数字化字化、AI化能力 任职要求： 1、5年+媒介工作经验，能够独立完成媒介的策划及执行工作 3、责任心强，具有独立的工作能力，高效地执行力与团队合作精神
4、思维活跃，性格开朗，具备良好的沟通能力，较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的人际交往 5、能承受工作压力，具备良好的职业操守
