What they need
- 每日產線日常生產管理、異常處理。
- 負責計劃、指揮有關產品製造的生產活動。
- 訂定生產目標，規劃產線人員作業，管控廠內之生產排程及產量、交期，並提升生產稼動，降低成本與相關庶務管理。
- 監控和確實執行產品生產過程與產品品質。
- 各項生產績效管理如UPTIME、生產力、產出達成率、年度Cost down計畫、年度預算編列與執行。
- 制定績效標準，定期監督產線人員工作，給予意見及紀錄考核。
- 須有SOP/FMEA/CONTROL PLAN/OCAP概念。
※須有管理產線經驗三年以上者（若無，請勿投遞）
※若有生產排程與物料庫存管理經驗者尤佳
