任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先
2.3年以上招聘同岗位工作经验，具备制造业行业招聘经验者优先
- 熟悉招聘全流程，具备独立负责核心岗位招聘的能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，结果导向
