策劃及推行社區復健、健康推廣及社交活動，配合 ICOPE 六大功能範疇。協助健齡義工統籌社區聚腳點活動，促進長者參與及社交互動。支援健康教育、運動班及預防性小組活動的執行。負責活動行政、場地安排、紀錄及參加者聯絡。蒐集活動回饋，協助進行服務成效。評估及改善建議。中五/中學畢業(即完成修讀五科，其中包括中、英文科) 或以上。具備相關工作經驗優先。中英文口語及書寫良好；熟悉電腦文書處理及中英文打字。葵涌工作。每週工作44小時。薪酬視資歷而定。受僱人需提交性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
