負責為輕度智障人士及精神復元人士提供咖啡製作及咖啡店營運相關職業訓練，包括咖啡沖調、拉花技巧、咖啡知識、顧客服務、產品製作及工作技能培訓。協助服務使用者建立工作習慣、提升就業能力及發展個人潛能。需協助策劃及推行職業訓練、生涯發展、社區融合、產品推廣及相關中心活動，並支援工場日常運作。應徵者須具中三或以上程度，具咖啡行業相關知識及技能，熟悉咖啡沖調、咖啡店營運及顧客服務，持有咖啡專業資格證書或具三年或以上咖啡行業工作經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位以合約條款聘用。
