負責統籌長者支援服務隊鄉郊支援工作、組織義工隊、個案輔導、協助長者地區中心推行活動及籌劃長者地區工作計劃等，需輪班。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作文憑或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第 2 級或以上成績或具同等學歷，如具相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
