- 香港中學會考 5 科合格 / 香港中學文憑 5 科考獲第 2 級 / 達標或同等學歷
- 持有香港認可大學學位，主修會計或相關課程，或同等學歷
- 修讀專業會計資格課程 (如 ACCA / HKICPA 等) 及持有學生會員資格者優先考慮
- LCCI 高級簿記或以上
- 具 5 年或以上會計工作經驗尤佳；能獨立處理全盤會計賬目
- 具 2 年或以上行政及管理工作經驗者優先考慮
- 懂得使用 Oracle 等財務管理系統軟件尤佳
- 具備良好溝通能力, 能有效協調各單位的會計工作
- 具良好抗壓能力，獨立處理工作及按時完成任務
- 五天工作，每周工作 44 小時
