• 在负责区域遵守工作安全，环境保护及消防安全条例，参加相关培训，学习相关安全概念/Has the responsibility to respect the work safety rules, environmental protection and fire prevention in the area of responsibility and participate in training and to acquire the concepts presented in the training of labor protection and fire safety, environmental protection
• 针对客户端的竞标项目,基于测试大纲提供测试费用预估/ To provide estimation of tests cost for ALP.
• 针对变更和新产品的测试大纲制定整体验证测试排期/ Performing overall schedule of validation for change and new products development according to DVP matrix.
• 根据SAP系统计划执行测试任务，并及时通知测试中的相关问题。/Plan and execute test tasks according to the SAP System plan, timely informs owners detected issues of tests.
• 解读测试规范要求，编制测试作业指导书/ To understand the tests specification of customers and create the work instruction for some special tests.
• 负责零件测试要求的内外部沟通，确保测试完全按照赫尔思曼的要求执行/ Be responsible for communication of tests between external and internal, to ensure external service providers execute the tests according to Hirschmann’s requirement exactly.
• 操作测试设备（拉拔力试验机、测量显微镜、泄露测试仪、微电阻测试仪、绝缘电阻仪等） / operation of measuring equipment (force machine, microscope, leakage tester, resistance tester, withstand voltage tester and so on)
• 按时完成测试并创建测试报告(包含GPB报告)，检查外部实验室测试报告，跟踪修改 / Complete tests and prepare the correspond reports in time(includes GPB report), and check the test reports of external service providers and tracking the status of updating.
• 负责解释客户针对测试报告提出的疑问/ Be responsible for clarification or explanation from customers questions.
• 主管分配的其它任务/项目。Other tasks assigned by leader.
