该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1.生产计划和计划目标实现：确定生产目标，计划安排及监督日常生产活动，确保生产效率实现，推动生产团队实现目标，减少工时、原材料及工具等的浪费。 2.主导生产效率精益改善项目的推广与开展； 3.主导品质提升项目的开展； 4.生产车间现场5S管理，安全生产管理； 5.质量管理：积极推动团队不断提高产品质量，对生产过程中遇到的问题快速反应和迅速解决，以确保质量； 6.人员管理：管理、绩效、培训、提升和指导员工达到预期的目标； 7.配合相关标准的审核工作； 8.与其他部门协作优化生产，质量，物流等。 任职要求 （1）学历要求：大专及以上学历，机械类专业毕业 （2）有3年以上汽车零部件行业生产现场管理工作经验（橡胶减震行业优先） （3）有精益生产和智能制造经历。 （4）熟悉各种办公软件，有ERP、MES管理软件使用经验。 （5）良好的组织能力及领导力
