该职位来源于猎聘 【职位职责】 -主要负责Shopee站内广告组进行广告活动的运营，包括活动设计、宣发、调研、活动优化 -协助进行广告数据处理及分析，监控相关项目的数据表现，呈现相关项目数据看板，制定卖家激励政策，提升项目效果及数据表现。 -协助卖家及广告产品调研等，进一步优化迭代项目及产品 【职位要求】 -本科及以上学历，专业不限，有活动运营或产品运营经验优先。 -具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，熟练使用基本办公软件，熟练使用Excel者优先（excel基础公式，数据透视表） -具备优良的沟通能力，和较好的英文能力，能顺畅进行跨部门合作 -良好的职业操守，工作耐心细致，有对业务的好奇心和自我驱动力 - 稳定性高，能够满足 3-6个月的长期实习
