职责描述： 1.重点协助研究员开展量化策略模型更新、因子挖掘与因子迭代工作； 2.负责数据清洗、回测实验，配合完成数据统计、文档整理等量化研究相关的辅助工作。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上在校生，计算机类、数学类、理工类等相关专业优先； 2.熟练使用Python等编程工具，具备基础量化研究认知； 3.逻辑严谨，有良好的数据处理能力，每周能实习至少3天。
职位薪资：
100-150/天
