- 熟悉热传导/对流/辐射原理、流体动力学，掌握电池热特性 2. 熟练使用CFD仿真工具（如Star-CCM+、Fluent、COMSOL）进行流场/温度场仿真 3. 熟练使用CATIA/SolidWorks等3D结构设计软件 4. 有电池热管理系统设计经验优先考虑 专业：热能工程 流体力学 机械设计与自动化
