• Strategic Leadership & Planning战略领导与规划 Develop and execute the overall operational strategy for the pyrite processing complex (Roaster & Acid, Chlorination & Roasting, Copper Cathode, Water Treatment), aligning with corporate long-term goals. 制定并执行硫铁矿加工厂（焙烧及制酸、氯化焙烧、铜阴极、水处理）的整体运营战略，与公司长期发展目标保持一致。 Lead the formulation of annual and long-term operating plans, including production ramp-up, maintenance strategies, supply chain and operation workflow optimization, and technology roadmaps. 主导年度及长期运营计划的编制，包括产能爬坡、维护策略、供应链与运营流程优化及技术路线图。 Identify and integrate emerging process technologies to enhance competitiveness, reduce costs, and improve recovery rates. 识别并整合新兴工艺技术，以提升竞争力、降低成本并提高回收率。 Champion a clear vision for the project, cascading strategic priorities into actionable objectives for all functional teams. 为项目树立清晰的愿景，将战略优先事项分解为各职能团队可执行的行动目标。
• Project Construction, Commissioning & Start-up项目建设、调试与开车 Provide technical and operational oversight to the Project and construction teams throughout construction, commissioning, and start-up phases. 在建设、调试及开车阶段，向项目团队与施工团队提供技术与运营监督指导。 Ensure all processing plants are commissioned safely, on schedule, and within budget, with early production ramping up per agreed timelines. 确保所有加工厂安全、按时、在预算内完成调试，并按约定时间表实现早期产量爬坡。 Optimize interfaces between construction and operations teams to guarantee smooth handover and uninterrupted leadership continuity. 优化施工团队与运营团队之间的界面管理，确保顺利交接与运营领导力的持续连贯。
• Operations Management & Performance Optimization运营管理与绩效优化 Oversee all operational aspects, including production, logistics, quality control, and customer service, ensuring stable and efficient plant performance. 监督运营全流程，包括生产、物流、质量控制及客户服务，确保工厂稳定高效运行。 Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., reducing downtime, lowering consumables, increasing throughput) to meet or exceed design capacity and product specifications. 推动持续改进计划（如减少停机时间、降低消耗、提升产能），以达到或超过设计产能与产品规格要求。 Establish and monitor KPI systems, analyze operation and financial data, and deliver accurate, timely performance reports to senior management. 建立并监控关键绩效指标（KPI）体系，分析运营与财务数据，向高层管理层提交准确、及时的绩效报告。
