董事會秘書/Company Secretary (Job Family)
Job Description
- 董事會、功能性委員會會議籌備、召開及議事作業。
- 會議資料彙整及會議紀錄撰寫。
- 董事會及獨立董事相關行政與幕僚支援工作。
- 公司治理相關法令遵循、資訊蒐集與資料管理。
- 公開資訊觀測站及年報等公司治理資訊協助申報及揭露。
- 跨部門溝通協調及主管交辦事項。
- 部門行政庶務及文件管理作業。
需求條件
- 通過公司治理基本能力測驗及永續發展基礎能力測驗者尤佳。
- 略懂程式語言（如 Python、VBA、Power Platform 等）或具流程自動化經驗者尤佳。
- 對數位轉型、流程優化及資訊系統應用具興趣與學習熱忱。
- 熟悉 Microsoft 365、Power Platform（Power Automate、Power Apps）、Python 或其他自動化工具應用經驗者尤佳。
