- 完成公司年度所辖区域的销售指标；
- 与重点客户建立良好的长期合作关系
- 对代理商的加强协作，提高竞争力及管理能力；
- 参与产品的招投标；
- 制定明确的区域发展计划，配合代理商确定重点推广产品和市场活动。
- 跟进区域内重要的销售意向，挖掘渠道商，提升赢单率。 教育背景和工作经验要求：
- 本科及以上学历
- 2年以上设备/耗材/IVD 行业销售工作经验；
