What they need
- 合併報表編製與自編作業
- 每月編製與覆核長期股權投資（長投）評估、子公司對帳及合併相關作業。
- 每季獨立完成集團合併財務報表自編（含四大主表與附註揭露），確保符合 IFRS 及證券法令規範。
- 子公司帳務管理與溝通
- 按月核閱與覆核子公司結帳報表，針對異常項目進行分析與追蹤。
- 作為總部與子公司間之溝通橋樑，協助解答帳務疑義並協調報表事宜，以符合法令要求。
- 合規申報與外部查核
- 協助辦理公開發行/上市櫃公司之各項法定財務資訊公告與申報作業。
- 配合外部會計師查帳，提供相關查核資料並協助完成會計師審計作業。
- 管理決策與專案支援
- 整理並分析合併財務數據，提供管理階層決策所需之管理報告與分析資訊。
- 協助推進財務專案執行及完成主管交辦之各項臨時事項。
