What they need
- 集團合併報表編製與審核
- 主導與編製集團合併財務報表及附註揭露，確保符合 IFRS 及證券法令規範。
- 子公司監管與海外營運個體協作
- 梳理關係人交易流程，負責集團內部關係人交易對帳、往來沖銷與異常項目排除。
- 覆核海外子公司結帳報表，針對異常項目進行分析並要求改正。
- 管理會計與決策支援
- 每月編製與覆核長期股權投資（長投）及管理報告，提供管理階層決策所需之管理報告與分析資訊。
- 法定申報、會計師對接與公司治理
- 執行每月合併營收整合、加權平均股本計算、定期財務資訊申報及主管機關要求之法定作業。
- 統籌集團年度外部審計專案，對接會計師、主管機關之查核與溝通。
- 制度推動、系統優化與專案執行
- 評估與導入新會計準則（IFRS），針對新業務與交易流程提供會計評估與建議。
- 推動合併報表系統優化、數據分析與自動化流程，提升整體作業效率與即時性。
- 參與集團併購（M&A）後之財務整合專案與主管交辦之各項專案。
- 團隊管理
- 負責合併報表團隊人員管理、工作分派及績效考核
