What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责化工制药生产过程的物料衡算与能量衡算，确保工艺数据准确率超过99% 2.运用Aspen Plus或类似流程模拟软件，优化至少3个关键工艺单元的操作参数 3.建立和维护工艺计算模型，支持年产量10万吨以上项目的工程设计与放大 4.编制工艺计算报告和技术文档，每年完成不少于5个项目的技术交付 任职要求： 1.化学工程、制药工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上化工制药行业计算经验 2.精通Aspen Plus、Pro/II等流程模拟软件，至少主导过2个完整的工艺模拟项目 3.熟悉GMP规范及制药工艺特殊要求，能够独立完成从实验室到中试的工艺计算 4.具备良好的数据分析能力和文档撰写能力，能承受项目周期压力并保证计算零差错
