- 全面负责员工录用、转正、调岗、离职（录转调离）手续的标准化操作与流程监控
- 主导人事信息平台（HRIS）的日常维护、数据更新与系统优化，保障人事数据100%准确性与及时性
- 协助实施绩效考核方案，负责绩效数据收集、过程跟进与结果分析，支持绩效改进计划的落地
- 人事档案管理相关工作 任职要求：
- 统招本科及以上学历 2. 2年以上人事运营相关工作经验，熟悉录转调离全流程操作
- 了解劳动法律法规，具备基础的员工关系处理与人事数据管理能力
- 熟练使用人事信息平台及Office办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调与执行能力 5.中共党员，工作认真仔细负责，沟通能力、团队协作能力良好
