- 销售目标达成: 完成精品店经理分配的销售任务
- 库存管理: 协助管理精品店货品库存, 定期进行货品盘点
- 店铺日常营运: 协助精品店经理维护店铺的环境整洁，物品整齐摆放等符合日常营运要求的标准，定期核查店铺陈列道具和货品的摆放是否符合品牌要求并及时按需作出相应调整
- 协助店铺经理管理、指导和激励员工实现销售目标；
- 客户服务: 为顾客提供卓越的服务及介绍品牌和产品知识，积极跟进售后客人的需求并提供及时有效的帮助
- 客户关系维护：积极建立、促进和维护客户关系，建立健全有效的客户资源
- 协助店铺经理进行视觉陈列和店铺维护：确保及时的橱窗和室内产品展示轮换，包括新产品和畅销产品，以最大限度地增加销售机会，满足品牌方针；负责执行品牌推广指引
