What they need
【工作內容】
-處理電話、線上等客戶查詢（包括鋼琴調音、樂器銷售及課程等）
-協調調音師傅／外勤行程，跟進服務預約與進度
-協助音樂考試監考安排及相關行政支援 -主動跟進客戶需求，提供優質專業服務
【入職要求】
-中學程度或以上，懂電腦操作及中文輸入法
-具良好電話溝通及應對技巧（良好粵語及英語、一般普通話）
-細心有責任感，對音樂教育／樂器行業有興趣 -具基本音樂知識／可即時上班者優先
【工作時間】
-全職：每週約 46 小時，09:00 - 18:00（需於星期六日輪班）
