3、书写病历，并负责病员住院期间的病程记录，及时完成出院病员的病案小结； 4、认真执行各项规章制度和技术操作常规，亲自操作或指导护士进行各种重要的检查和治疗，严防差错事故。 任职要求： 1、放射肿瘤学、肿瘤学专业；硕士及以上学历且完成住院医师规范化培训； 2、2026年或2027年研究生毕业，需要具有医师资格证、执业证书、毕业证和学位证； 3、具有初级医师职称，并可以无障碍变更注册；
